Jerloex Inc Staff on a Furlough until Further Notice

The AGEO is temporarily shut down until further notice following Human Rights Violations like racism, harassments, death threats with heavy weapons, attempted murders, obstructions of Justice, Justice denials, etc., in Paris, France against two of the American global Top Executives of Jerloex Group Inc - the Authorized Dealers' global professional Community of Jerloex Inc. Multiple criminal complaints have been filed for Human Rights Violations against the City of Paris, Creteil Prefecture as well as the French Police of Paris and of Creteil involving also the Spanish Police, in collusion with criminal organizations and associations such as Dadoun-Pere-et-Fils, Valophis, Allianz Juris and merchants of (Marché d"Aligre of Patis 12). France' criminal liability may be incurred for these crimes & felonies if no arrest and conviction occur as soon as possible.

I established a commercial business. but unfortunately, I subsequently endured racism, harassment of all kinds, death threats, persecution, and even attempted murder by strangulation inside my apartment at Bonneuil-sur-Marne, Paris region. These acts were orchestrated by the Créteil Prefecture and the Créteil Police, acting in collusion with the criminal organizations "Valophis" and "Allianz Juris," ostensibly over a rental debt that had in fact, , already been settled. They attempted to forcibly evict us through deception—claiming the matter was merely an "error"—on June 26, 2025, without initiating any legal eviction or rehousing proceedings, and without obtaining a ruling from the Créteil Enforcement Judge (JEX). This occurred after we had previously suffered abuses of power, racist insults, and workplace harassment at the hands of the Municipal Police of the Paris City Hall (12th Arrondissement) and the National Police of Paris. Furthermore, officers from these units kidnapped and unlawfully detained us for an entire day, subjecting us to racist insults, making allusions to gang groups in Haiti—specifically citing "Barbecue"—and threatening us with heavy weaponry; during this incident on August 4, 2024—again, without any court order—they stole our merchandise (branded "Jerloex"), valued at approximately €35,000, acting once more in collusion with criminal associations operating within the market. d'Aligre, Paris 12. To date, we have received no justice in a country (France in Europe) that claims to be a nation governed by the rule of law, yet invariably positions itself as a savior standing alongside the corrupt oligarchs in our American homeland—Haiti in America—whenever we, the Haitian people, seek to resolve this issue once and for all. This includes the matter of its debt—amounting to billions of US dollars—owed to Haiti; a debt that prevents us from living in our own country, forcing us instead to seek refuge in the Americas, as Europe—and France in particular—has become a living hell for us. It is truly heartbreaking. For security reasons, we had temporarily left France for Switzerland, but we returned last week specifically for these court hearings and collecting our EU renewed residence permits.

Consequences & Lawsuits

France may be held legally liable. As a result, 99℅ of Jerloex Inc Staff has been on a furlough until further notice since these crimes and felonies like French racism, harassments at work, abuse of power, unpaid debt to us, Branded goods theft, death threats with heavy weaponry at work, attempted murders, obstructions of justice, justice denials and so on, on two of its Top Executives on French soil legally present in Europe for years, by the French Police and some French senior officials of Paris City and of Creteil Prefecture in collusion with Criminal Organizations and Associations, which has led to economic downturns at our Headquarters in America and Authorized Dealers' American professional Community, Jerloex Group Inc in Europe and globally in 2026.. Multiple criminal complaints have been filed for Human Rights Violations and attempted murders etc. globally since a while. And multiple additional criminal complaints will be filed for these crimes and felonies as soon as a Law Firm is hired until justice be served. We invite all our partners as well as our Authorized Dealers, End-user customers, and victims to be patient. The Republic of France is required to prove that these crimes & felonies for which our legal cases involve France' liability for Human Rights Violations, are not a State conspiracy against our lives by arresting and publicly convicting all officials, senior officials and civilians involved in these crimes & felonies against us as American global Executive professionals on French Soil while we've legally been present for years in Europe for work only. You can't elevate yourself morally, socially & financially if you're a Black person in France as France practices ethnicity racist profiling targeting highly educated and smart Black folks in all fields to prevent you from morally, socially & financially elevating yourself, even though you create businesses, let alone being employees of French companies, until they wrongfully use the French Police to assassinate you if you persist in your financially successful way out despite their constant setback for no wrongdoing. It's exactly what's happened to me since I came close to death more than twice in less than one year not mentioning what happened before as an American global Top Executive from Haiti of America for having one foot in France when I am in Europe for work only.

Well-seated in their disrespectful, rude, useless, obsolete, & superior attitude above others, moreover above people of color, most White & Yellow French don't value anyone, not even the Almighty God, or themselves by inciting each other to violence, let alone Black folks. And the worse of all this, only Black people for the most, are unfortunately interested in speaking French to their detriment unknowingly, for some of them stemming from some countries where French is still spoken as an official or main Language, a deadly trap in their own homeland education system. French is the corrupted delinquents, and corruptionists' language, notably in Haiti of America, and in a lot of countries in Africa while, in the French style, Creole is the oppressed & impoverished people's language (that French people look down on, and label colonized, among themselves), the reason why our American homeland - Haiti, has been a mess for centuries after being invaded by the imported French Education System. Despite all that, apart from Black people, France is a car without wheels. The day you remove Black folks out of France, it will land on the ground, unable to move anymore as only Black folks have been the wheels so far. Remember, Black and White concept is an illusion in terms of Nations, we use it just to give you a hint of group category, but we don't acknowledge it as such. As for myself, the main reason why I don't speak French as a foreign Language, though I understand several foreign Languages partly or at a good level, is that it is not accurate in terms of words definition (e.g., vocalist vs singer, or mug vs cup, etc.) misleadingly gives you the same meaning for both in French, Creole, German, etc., but they accurately give you two clear different meanings in Dutch, Russian, etc. Even Chinese is accurate in terms of words definition whereas French is not. Anyway, as a Native Haitian American English speaker, I can't speak fluent French in professional, administrative, and legal terms, it's not worth it trying. I speak only my Native and National Language - Haitian - in other words, Haitian American English if you prefer, because it's my Homeland's early Language, born since 1791, that powerfully freed itself in 1804, and freed the whole world later after permanently outlawing slavery. And my native & national language is accurate, international, a powerful tool in spiritual wisdom learning and a successful pathway to become a billionaire in Business. Fortunately for my Native American Homeland - Haiti, hopefully. Nevertheless, the deadly French influence in our National Education System blinds most of the academics there and even knocks off their brains unfortunately. Once you speak Haitian anywhere in the world, people try to make friends with you, whereas they flee you if you speak French, except for most African folks. I'm convinced as well as the HGP community of the Haitian Diaspora that repealing French & Creole (while using the Creole language as a transition bridge to the complete Haitian language by 2050) will remind the French that Haiti has nothing to do with the label they have stuck on Haitians as Africans gone astray in America, and that they also call one of the poorest counties of the planet after they had scammed it of billions of dollars by a phony independence debt by misleading and using our neighbor - the US to help them, and conspired against it on trade with most other countries to impoverish it at the same time. But they will learn that we're Americans born on this Haitian tailor-made continent first and then Haitian citizens by Haiti as a country. Thus, do not feel uncomfortable if you're part of the Attackers against Us and against our American global professional Activities, but rather surrender to Justice to prove you're not guilty or if you're involved in Justice obstruction & Justice denial in our legal cases, give justice to remove your liability. 2012 French Abuse of power

I dealt with a financial loss of more than 100,000.00 euros for this European Luxury Transportation Business "Spring Class Limousine" in 2012 impacted by a previous French Abuse of Power, Obstruction of Justice and Justice Denial when they unlawfully seized one of my corporate luxury vehicles, an S class Mercedez-Benz that cost me 110,000.00 euros at the time, and they tried to illegally sell the luxury vehicle in collusion with Mercedez-Banz Bank, but I successfully recovered it and got a duplicate registration Certificate without any formal Court decision by God's powerful Hand. Since then, they've been trying everything to find new tricks to accuse, and defame me, and damage my image, and tarnish my reputation by all means until they almost assassinated me and my wife inside our apartment in Paris region in 2025 after a lot of new harassments., deaths threats at work, racist slurs, thefts, insults, kidnapping (illegal arrest), illegal confinement (illegal detention), racial profiling, abuses of power, justice obstructions, justice denials despite our multiple criminal complaints filed with the French public Prosecutor of Paris in 2024. I am the head, never the tail. And I never care about powerless trash spirits from the Darkness, or their human slaves, and horses that they possess and manipulate for meaningless stuff, whether in my own homeland or abroad. If they exist, God first existed by Himself, created them for His own purpose and designed them for everlasting destruction at the right time and in the right place, Hell fire.
